Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the cosmetic mirror in the bathroom. But hey, that's just my opinion.

The hotel's location was ideal, just a short 3-minute walk to the Dorfbahn skilift. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always had a smile on their faces. The breakfast was delicious, and we loved that they even asked if we wanted fresh eggs. we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Gerlos.

What a great Christmas we had! The place was nicely decorated with a beautiful Christmas tree in the lobby. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful, giving us recommendations of the best places to see and providing us daily weather updates. We loved the cozy and comfortable rooms with stunning views of the snow-capped mountains. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main street where all the shops, restaurants, and ski lifts were located. We also enjoyed the free access to the sauna and the yummy breakfast spread every morning.

The lack of options for dinner. Although there were many restaurants nearby, we would have preferred to have dinner at the hotel if that was an option.

As a guest who values both comfort and style, I was extremely pleased with the room.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the Tyrolean "Stube" at the hotel. However, I understand that this is a subjective opinion and others might still find enjoyment in it.

During Easter we stayed in a hotel that offered a nice breakfast and had pleasant staff who helped us with everything we needed. The location was very convenient, close to bus stops and shops. The room was clean and cozy, with a great view of the surrounding scenery. We especially loved the fresh air and the nearby hiking trails that allowed us to explore the area.

The location was not ideal as it was situated next to a busy road, making it quite noisy and uncomfortable at times. , the internet connection was very slow, making it difficult to stay connected.
